Located in Fountain City, WI on Eagle Bluff 550' above the mighty Mississippi River, Elmer and Bernadette Duellman's collection, a lifetime effort, continues to be one of the finest, extensive toy collections of its kind anywhere. The breathtaking view of the river valley is alone worth the visit. Many toys and antiques from Elmer's "surplus collection" which have never been viewed by the public are on display.
